Becoming a County Court Advocate

ELMS Legal Ltd currently has in excess of 100 advocates on our panel and we are always looking for new members to join our ever-growing number of advocates.

We operate with an experienced and knowledgeable group of carefully selected advocates, who we ensure remain up to date in the specialist fields in which we operate through regular in-house training. This training includes the use of mock trials and vitally important case law refresher days. When you become an ELMS Legal Ltd advocate after completing your initial training, you will be given a specialised starter pack with frequently asked questions, practice notes, advice and continued support.

If you would like to become an ELMS Legal Ltd advocate or would like to find out more information please contact us on 01529 406097 or email us at info@elmslegal.co.uk.

“I strongly recommend acting for ELMS. Instructions are regular, plentiful and varied. Papers are sent in good time for the hearing and the team at ELMS are very friendly and approachable. If there is any problem, they are always available and keen to help with everything you need. It has been a pleasure acting as their agent.”
– Simon Kennard, FCILEx.

“I applied to work with ELMS as I wanted to continue to develop the skills I had gained from the BPTC and gain real court experience. Working with ELMS has provided the opportunity to conduct court cases every day, with a busy and diverse caseload. The staff at ELMS are incredibly knowledgeable and supportive, and deal with case queries in a professional and friendly manner. They provide competitive rates of remuneration and always pay on time. For anyone applying for a role with ELMS, I cannot recommend them enough.”
– Lewis Jukes, LLM BPTC
