  • Possession Claim – from £499.00 + VAT = £598.80

Once notice is served, depending on the reason for the notice it can take from 2 weeks to 2 months for this to expire and possession proceedings can be initiated. Thereafter, the court determines the timescale for when the hearing will be listed, which is typically 4-8 weeks for the court to list the possession hearing (please note that the court throughout England and Wales are currently experiencing great delays and timeframes are subject to change).

Issuing a possession claim comes with a court fee of £404.00 (no VAT).

For example, if you wish to instruct us to draft a notice of possession and issue possession proceedings, our fee would be £619.00 + VAT = £742.80, plus the court fee of £404.00, this bringing the total to £1,146.80.
