ELMS Legal Ltd represent our clients on a significant number of court cases per month in courts across England and Wales. Our experienced advocacy team liaise with our clients and our advocates to provide the best service, often on last minute instructions.
All of our advocates have an extensive knowledge of the areas of law that we specialise in and are all trained in-house on training days.
Once ELMS Legal Ltd receives a booking from our clients, we take it from there from arranging an advocate’s attendance at the hearing to reviewing the case papers. We also give same day reporting to our clients of the outcome of the hearing followed by a full attendance report by 4pm the next working day.
We work with our clients on a bespoke service to cater to each clients’ requirements providing management information on our performance.
